as you might know, this blog is only for certain people i invite. however, i've created a new blog anyone can access. Bookworm's Reviews is a blog reviewing the books i've read. right now the only review on it is of Shannon Hale's Goose Girl, but hey, i'll add more!!!

Fondant- All's well that ends well

in case you didn't know, fondant is a type of frosting. i'll give you a pic-


see! it's basically sugar and water. the sugar is dissolved, the water's boiled off, then it's beaten until white. you let it sit for twenty-four hours and viola! you've got frosting!!!(not really, it's much more complicated, but, you get the gist:D)

so, the fist time i tried (saturday night) i over boiled it, and long story short, i had to use a hammer to get out of the pan!!! However, yesterday i did it right, so at 5:30 today i'll get fondant!!MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
