i wrote a song over the last couple months, too.

Dancing in the Rain

There were dark clouds above,
Pouring out their souls.
Reminding me of myself,
And my heart with its holes.
I'd been hurt for a long time,
And my heart was on the line.

But then I didn't want to wait
For the storm to go away.
So I walked out and started
Dancing in the rain.
The clouds are there above,
But they'll be gone someday
In the meantime
I'll just dance in the rain.

I was crying,
And my eyes were red.
When I got home
Threw myself onto my bed.
I just laid there
Wallowing in despair.

But then I didn't want to wait
For the storm to go away.
So I walked out and started
Dancing in the rain.
The clouds are there above,
But they'll be gone someday

I'll just dance in the rain.

Well the sun came out,
Blew those clouds away.
But they'll be back again someday
'Cause that's the way life is.
It has it's ups and downs

k, so it's been FOREVER since i posted. i have been doing absolutely nothing. except two plays. one of them is over, one will be performed april 30, may 1, 2, and 4.
High heels are hard to draw.

a funny story: i was on the bus w/frandwich siend( that's the one who's known me since i was 2) on the way to the science fair (oh yeah, i did that too, more on that later) when i asked her one word to describe me.
